Dover Man Arrested on Weapons Charges

An investigation by Dover Police has lead to the arrest of 24 year old Qadir Mosley-Thomas on weapons charges.  When police tried to contact Mosely-Thomas Thursday afternoon on South New Street he tried to run to the rear of a nearby restaurant where he tried to hide a .25 caliber handgun.  He was arrested and charged with a variety of weapons and other offenses.
