Dover Man Arrested In NYC On Murder Charges

A Dover man has been arrested in Brooklyn, New York in connection with a shooting death last month in the capital city.
According to Dover Police, 22-year-old Riley Braswell was apprehended by members of the US Marshals Service First State Fugitive Task Force, with assistance from the US Marshals Service Eastern District.
Braswell faces extradition to Delaware to face charges in connection with the April 12th shooting death of 19-year-old Dazhmier Brooks on Sussex Avenue.
Police also said Braswell was in possession of a 9-mm handgun at the time of his arrest.
