Dover Man Arrested for Residential Burglary

A 33-year-old Dover Man is in custody and facing several charges following a burglary that occurred yesterday afternoon on President Drive in Dover. Shores had a large and concealed fixed-blade knife at the time of his arrest.

Shores was taken to Troop 3 and charged with the following crimes:

  • Burglary Second Degree (Felony)
  • Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon (Felony)
  • Attempted Theft Under $1,500
  • Criminal Mischief

Shores was released on $7,500 bond but is now at Sussex Correctional Institution on a Violation of Probation warrant issued by Probation & Parole.
