DOC Officials Looking for SCCC Walk Away

Corrections officials are looking for an offender who failed to return to the SCCC from an approved work pass on Friday.  Officials have issued a warrant for escape after conviction for 37 year old Billy Williams of Federalsburg, MD.  Williams is white, about 6-feet tall and 215 pounds with blue eyes and red hair.  He has multiple tattoos and is currently being held for civil contempt.  If you know where he is – contact police.
