DOC Looking for Walk Away Offender from SCCC

Corrections officials are looking for an offender who failed to return to the Sussex Community Corrections Center from an approved work pass on Friday. Officials say 35 year old Daniel Dittmar of the Ellendale area is white, 6’ 1” and 190 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair, and tattoos on his fingers, right arm, neck and shoulders. A warrant for escape after conviction has been issued – he was at the SCCC for 3rd degree burglary.
