Police Identify Victims In Fatal Bethany Beach Workplace Accident

Delaware State Police have identified the two men who died Monday when a gust of wind toppled a lift they were using to attach an antenna to the Bethany Beach water tower.
24-year-old Jovan Maldonado and 22-year-old Bryan Maldonado Andino were both from Puerto Rico.
They both were pronounced dead at the scene.
The lift fell onto power lines in a gust of wind.
The Division of Forensic Science and the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration are continuing an investigation into the incident.
