DEMEC Power Savers Alert Until 6:00 P.M.

Customers served by Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation are being asked to voluntarily conserve electricity usage during a Power Savers Alert today (Thursday) between 3:00 p.m and 6:00 p.m.

Possible steps include delaying the use of large appliances and turning off unnecessary lighting.
