Delmar, DE Voters to Elect 2 to City Council Monday

Voters in Delmar, Delaware head to the polls on Monday to elect 2 to the City Council. Incumbents Odell Jones, Junior and Todd Lanier are challenged by Brian Morris. The polls are open Monday from 7am to 7pm at the Delmar Public Library.

Incumbent Tom Bauer was the only candidate to file for Mayor and will be sworn in along with the new council members on November 8^th.
