DelDOT Traffic Alert: Road Closure Later This Month in South Bethany Beach
Eastbound Jefferson Bridge Road between Route 1 and Pennsylvania Avenue in South Bethany Beach will be closed starting on March 13th and continuing until April 7th, weather permitting. The reason for the planned closure is work that will be done to install sidewalks, crosswalks, and curb ramps. Drivers are advised to take Route 1 to Garfield Parkway towards the beach, and then turn right back to Pennsylvania Avenue. After the detour is removed, you can also expect lane closures with flaggers in that area between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
DelDOT Traffic Alert: Road Closure in Seaford Area Beginning Next Week
DelDOT has announced that the closure of Airport Road between Brickyard Road and Concord Road will start on Monday, March 6th and continue through Friday, March 17th (weather permitting). Work will consist of the installation of a crossroad pipe. Detours will be posted.
