Delaware’s Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Board Announces Winners of This Year’s Video Scholarship Contest
Winners of the 2023 Organ Donor Awareness video Scholarship Contest have been announced. The annual contest is open to Delaware high school students, who create a one- to two-minute video public service announcement about the importance of organ and tissue donation.
Winners Announced by Delaware’s Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Board
The following are the Sussex County winners:
1. Zoe Tuttle, Indian River, $1,000
2. Ethan Moore, Delmar, $500
Kent County–no entries received
New Castle County winners:
Sarah Voight, Padua Academy, $1,000
Cailyn Pan, Charter School of Wilmington, $500
Suhani Bhatt, Newark Charter, $500
The 2023 winners will be honored at the board’s August meeting.

The video scholarship contest is organized by the Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Board, the Delaware Department of Education, and Gift of Life, a regional donor program that serves Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, and promotes the value of organ and tissue donations.
