Delaware teen shot, killed in Dover

The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that resulted in the death of an 18-year-old Thursday night.
According to Dover Police, around 10:30 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to the 200 Block of Harmony Lane (The Village at McKee Branch) for reports of gunfire.
Officers arrived and located 18-year-old Jarmar Richardson, of Dover, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was transported to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
