Delaware State Police Identify Victim in Dover Area Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash

The Delaware State Police have identified the victim in a single-vehicle fatal crash that occurred on June 19th in the Dover area. Police say the one who died in the crash–17-year-old, Ryan Wagner of Felton–failed to maintain control of the vehicle, allowing it to cross over the solid double yellow centerlines and exit off edge of the roadway. The crash occurred just before 4 a.m. on the 19th as he was headed northbound on Bayside Drive approaching a slight right curve, south of Leipsic Road. The crash remains under investigation.
