Delaware State Fair Begins Thursday – Watch for Travel Changes Around Fairgrounds in Harrington

The Delaware State Fair begins on Thursday. Expect changes in travel in the area around the Fairgrounds in Harrington. On Thursday East Fairground Road between East Street and Route 13 will be closed through Sunday, July 28th. Detours are posted – the eastbound lane will be used to increase the safety of pedestrians accessing the State Fair.
