Del. Grant Program Opens For Businesses That Offer Vax Promotions
Delaware small businesses are invited to apply for a state program that offers up to $5,000 if they offer promotions to customers who have been vaccinated for COVID-19.
The Delaware Division of Small Business will select businesses across the state that would receive one-time grants to offset the costs of vaccination incentive programs. This is part of the DeWins! program that’s designed to encourage more Delawareans to get vaccinated for coronavirus.
“This program encourages Delawareans to roll up their sleeves and provides much needed support to our small business community,” Delaware Secretary of State Jeff Bullock said. “Those businesses are such an important part of Delaware’s economy. We are glad to have another way to support them as they continue to recover from the impact of the pandemic and turn their attention to the future.”
Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. next Tuesday June 1st – CLICK HERE
“The application asks businesses to come up with an offer that works well for them,” Delaware Division of Small Business Director Jordan Schulties said. “Delaware small business owners have boundless creativity that we are hoping they will put toward developing promotions that will be most appealing to their customers.”
