DE to Receive LIHEAP Funding from US DHH

US Senator Chris Coons says Delaware will receive $15.6-million in federal Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) funding through the US Department of Health and Human Services. This funding will help vulnerable residents lower their home energy bills by providing assistance to pay for heating oil, gas and electric to heat their homes.
