DE Public Health Emergency to End in May

Delaware’s Public Health Emergency is expected to end at the end of the day on Thursday, May 11 – absent any unanticipated developments. The federal Public Health Emergency is also set to expire the same day. Delaware’s public health emergency will be extended one more time – but terminated on May 11. Governor Carney says that the state will keep working with businesses and the health care industry as the transition is finalized.
