Delaware Lottery officials say the purchased 6 tickets from Concord Liquor in Seaford – and one of them turned out to be a $250,000 Cash Instant Game winner! The winner says he doesn’t plan to share the news with anyone but his parents – and doesn’t know what he will do with the winnings other than save it for now!
