David Anderson Kicks Off Campaign for 31st District House Seat

David Anderson has kicked off his campaign for the 31st District House seat currently held by Sean Lynn.聽 Anderson, who is a Republican, is a Dover City Councilman and a decorated Operation Enduring Freedom war veteran.聽 Anderson will face a primary election with Jean Dowding in September.
