Dagsboro Man Charged with Theft

A Dagsboro man has been arrested multiple thefts from vehicles in the Millsboro area. Delaware State Police with help from Millsboro Police have arrested 36 year old Noah Whaley after a pedestrian stop on Thursday. He matched the description of the suspect in the thefts from vehicles. Police found Whaley in possession property that was reported stolen – including a Nikon camera and camera bag, prescription pill bottle, a BJ’s membership card and various gift cards. Whaley is charged with multiple counts of theft and criminal trespass and other offenses.
