UPDATED:聽 A 6 year old is dead after a 3 vehicle crash west of Millsboro Sunday morning. Delaware State Police say a Cherokee was eastbound on Lowes Crossing Road when the driver, a 30 year old woman from Frankford failed to stop for a posted stop sign and collided with a van that was northbound on Millsboro Highway. The van rotated into the front of a pickup that was stopped at the stop sign on Bald Branch Road. Police say all the drivers were properly restrained. A 6 year old passenger in the back of the Cherokee was properly restrained but was pronounced dead at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. Two of the drivers were treated for non-life threatening injuries. Police say impairment doesn’t appear to be a factor for either driver.
