Crash Near Frankford Ends in Charges for Both Drivers

A crash on Route 113 at Lazy Lagoon Road south of Frankford led to charges for both drivers. Delaware State Police tell the Talk of Delmarva that a Nissan Rogue was northbound on Route 113 when a Tahoe turning onto the highway failed to yield and the vehicles collided.

The driver of the Tahoe – a 33 year old man from Seaford – was transported to an area hospital for injuries. He was cited for driving while suspended or revoked, driving with an expired license and failure to yield the right of way.

The driver of the Rogue – a 34 year old man from Seattle, Washington, suffered some cuts to the arm, but was treated at the scene and cited for no insurance or registration.

The investigation is continuing.
