Crash at Rehoboth Post Office Damages Steps

A crash at the Rehoboth Beach Post Office Friday morning. Rehoboth Police say around 10am an 82 year old Rehoboth man was trying to park in front of the post office, but pressed the accelerator instead of the break and went over the sidewalk – striking the front steps of the facility. He struck a sign and bench before stopping against the railing of the front steps. There were no injuries and he was not charged.
