Christiana Mall Evacuated Last Night after Reports of Shots Fired

The investigation continues in to reports of shots fired at the Christiana Mall last night. Delaware State Police were already on the scene and along with mall security, began safety protocols and procedures and the building was evacuated and secured. A search of the building and surrounding area deemed everything safe. There was also a report of a large fight between multiple people and during that incident a glass container broke and a metal sign fell to the floor which caused many people to begin leaving the area. There is no evidence recovered of any weapons being present or fired The mall is open today.
