Carper & Coons Win Delay in EPA Air Emissions Reporting for Farmers

mark-levin-promo

A big win for Delaware farmers and farmers across the country  thanks to US Senators Carper and Coons.  The DC Circuit Court of Appeals approved a motion to delay the deadline for reporting air emissions for poultry and other livestock farmers until May 1 of this year.  Both Senators say guidance for farmers has been slow to come and what they were given was confusing and not helpful.  The delay will give the EPA more time to provide farmers with the tools and information they need to understand the new requirements and avoid legal liability for untimely or inaccurate reporting.
