Burglary Investigation Leads To 2 Arrests

A man is charged with multiple burglaries in Kent County that Delaware State Police say have occurred since March of this year.

Police started an investigation of burglaries and thefts at residences and sheds as well as reports of several stole vehicles. 33-year-old Stephen Lemmons of Felton, according to police, was identified as a possible suspect.

Police said Lemmons was seen in Hartly getting out of a stolen Corvette. A stolen SUV and a small landscape trailer were also found there. Police also said heroin was found in the Corvette.

Lemmons faces multiple charges including burglary, theft and criminal mischief.

His girlfriend, 27-year-old Shannon Keen of Felton, also faces charges of burglary, theft, conspiracy and others.
