Brothers Face Drug Charges after Traffic Stop in Harrington

Harrington Police have arrested two brothers on drug charges.  Police stopped a vehicle Friday morning for a traffic violation and contacted the driver, 32 year old Brian Bell of Millsboro and the passenger – 27 year old Brandon Bell of Frankford.  Police smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle and conducted a search.  Police found 192 baggies of heroin, cocaine, 2 Ecstasy pills and over a gram of marijuana.  Both brothers were arrested and charged with drug offenses – Brian Bell was also charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license.  Brandon is free on bond however Brian is being held at SCI in default of a secured bond for a violation of probation.
