A Bridgeville man has been arrested for his 6th offense DUI for drugs.  Delaware State Police were called for a vehicle swerving all over the northbound Sussex Highway near Seaford on Sunday.  They spotted the vehicle stopped at a red traffic light – but when the light turned green – the vehicle didn’t move.  When police activated their lights, the driver went into a fast food parking lot and circled the building before stopping.  Police contacted the driver, 47 year old James Comegys, saw signs that he was impaired and began a DUI investigation.  In the vehicle police located drug paraphernalia and heroin and a computer check showed five previous DUI arrests.  Comegys is charged with 6th offense DUI, tampering with the operation of an ignition interlock device and other offenses.  He’s being held at SCI in default of an over $23,000 cash only bond.
