Bridgeville Man Arrested on Weapons Charges

A Bridgeville man has been arrested on multiple weapons charges. Delawarae State Police say members of the Sussex Governor’s Task Force and Sussex Drug Unit spotted 20 year old Jordan Young in an SUV that was in the parking lot of the Royal Farms in Ellendale. Police knew Young was wanted on felony warrants and was in violation of probation. Police contacted in in the vehicle and he was arrested. He was found in possession of a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun in his pants pocket. Young is charged with several weapons offenses and is being held at SCI on an over $153,000 cash only bond.
