ATV Crash Ends in Charges for Careless Driving

A 56 year old Laurel man was hospitalized with serious injuries after an ATV crash Saturday night. Delaware State Police tell the Talk of Delmarva that just before 9:30 the ATV rider, who was not wearing a helmet, was ejected from the ATV when he struck a ditch near the trail near Sharptown Road. The rider was cited for careless driving.
