Arrest Made in Salisbury Jet Ski Blaze

An arrest in an early morning vehicle arson by the Maryland State Fire Marshal’s office. Salisbury firefighters were called to Douglas Road early Thursday morning for a personal watercraft that was on fire in the roadway which was reported by a passerby. Investigation led officials to 31 year old Colby Flowers, who burned the jet ski and trailer using an ignitable liquid and illegal fireworks. Damage is estimated at $1500 – Flowers is charged with 2nd degree arson and malicious burning.
