75 Years in Prison for Salisbury Man for Sex Abuse of a Minor

A Salisbury man has been sentenced to 75 years in prison for sexual abuse of a minor. Associate Judge of the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, Karen Dean sentenced 45 year old Orlando Hill after he entered a plea agreement and was convicted of 2nd degree rape.
The sentence stems from two cases in which Hill sexually abused a minor. On November 30, 2022, a Wicomico County jury convicted Hill of sexual abuse of a minor, 2nd degree sexual offense and three counts of 3rd degree sexual offense.
Court records show that from October of 2012 through October of 2014 Hill sexually abused a minor under the age of 12 who was in his care and custody. Hill had an accomplice, who has also been convicted after a jury trial and is awaiting sentencing.
