Monday was another cold and windy day with small craft advisories up all day. It looks like we are going to have seas in the ocean running three to four feet until Thursday when they will drop out to two feet or less. Daytime temperatures are going to stay in the 60s as well which is going to do nothing to raise the water temperature.

Amanda at Lewes Harbour Marina said the West family, Dad and his son and daughter, fished with Captain Pete on a half-day afternoon trip aboard the Top Fin and caught three big tog.

Deanna at Hook 鈥榚m and Cook 鈥榚m said they saw one keeper rockfish caught at night out of Indian River Inlet. The angler said several more were taken, but they were too big to keep. The South Pocket has been the place to fish and swimshads from Storm and Tsunami have been the lures to use.

In Ocean City, the Hot Lick found the right temperature water for tuna 90 miles from the inlet and ran down there on Saturday. They trolled Wide Trackers and caught two 40-inch bluefin.
