UPDATED: Corrections Officials Arrest Both SCCC Walk Aways
UPDATED – 12/20/19 – 12:30pm – Corrections officials have arrested a SCCC offender who failed to return from an approved work pass last Friday. Dagsboro Police arrested 44 year old Robert Mumford of the Millsboro area Friday. He was at the SCCC in Georgetown for a civil contempt charge.

UPDATED 11:30am: Corrections officials have arrested 44 year old Michael Joseph after walked away from a community service work detail on Saturday. He was arrested by the SCCC Escapee Recovery Team and is now at SCI on an escape after conviction warrant in default of a $10,000 cash bail.
Officials are still looking for 42 year old Robert Mumford who failed to return from an approved work pass last Friday.

Corrections officials are looking for two men who were at the SCCC in Georgetown. Officials say 44 year old Michael Joseph of the Seaford area walked away from a community service work detail on Saturday. Joseph is white, 6’ 3” and 212 pounds with hazel eyes and black hair. He’s being held for a violation of parole.
A second offender, 42 year old Robert Mumford of the Millsboro area failed to return from an approved work pass on Friday. Mumford is white, about 6 feet tall and 240 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. He’s being held for civil contempt for support.
