Crash Near Berlin Leaves 1 Dead

A Berlin man is dead after a single vehicle crash on Route 589/Racetrack Road at Taylorville Road Saturday afternoon.聽 Witnesses told Maryland State Police that a truck driven by 63 year old Mark Teeters of Berlin was southbound on Racetrack Road when the truck left the roadway and struck a tree.聽 Teeters was taken to Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin where he was pronounced dead.聽 His body has been taken to the Medical Examiner鈥檚 office for autopsy.
