5 File for 2 Commissioner Seats in Rehoboth

The deadline to file to run for commissioner in Rehoboth Beach was 4:30 p.m. today. The seats currently held by Comms. Richard Byrne and Pat Coluzzi are currently set to expire. Comm. Coluzzi had said she is not running.
Those who filed are Timothy Bennett, current Comm. Richard Byrne, Suzanne Goode, Planning Comm. Rachel Macha and former Comm. Mary Sharp.
The deadline to register to vote in this election is the close of business on July 15.
Election day is Saturday, August 14, with voting from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.
