A four-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon snarled traffic on Indian Mission Road after 2 o’clock.  Emergency personnel from Indian River Volunteer Fire Company and Sussex County Paramedics responded to the scene.   Officials believe a Nissan tried to cross Indian Mission Road and was struck by a mini-van traveling north.  The Nissan then struck a pickup truck stopped at the sign on Phillips Branch Road which was then pushed into another vehicle.  Delaware State Police say two people refused treatment and two others were not injured.  The 16 year old driver of the Nissan was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
