The Sussex County Council has a full agenda this week.  The council is expected to take action on the Land Use map within the  Comprehensive Plan – as well as consider approval of the 2018 Comprehensive Plan.  They will also discuss an ordinance to amend the calculation of permitted density.  County Administrator Todd Lawson will have a report on the recent meetings of the Five Points Working Group – which is looking at options to upgrade that intersection in Lewes.  The council will hold a public hearing at 10:30 on the proposed Diamond Acres Streetlighting district.  In the afternoon session the council will hold 5 public hearings – 4 are conditional use applications and one for a change of zone.  The council meets at 10am in the County Administration Building on the Circle in Georgetown.
