18-Year-Old Arrested and Charged Again for Sexual Solicitation of a Minor

An 18-year-old charged with sexually assaulting and soliciting a 13-year-old from an investigation in December 2022, faces new charges this month for soliciting another 13-year-old girl. According to the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office, 18-year-old Robert Allen Dust was once again charged with displaying obscene material to a minor, three counts of child porn solicit subject, attempted possession of child porn, two counts of sexual solicitation of a minor, and one count of contributing to the condition of a minor. Dust has been arrested again, and he is currently held without bond. After Dust was arrested the first time, he had been released on ankle monitoring. While Dust was on pretrial supervision for the previous charges, CID was notified that Dust had once again solicited the other 13-year-old mentioned above.
