A Dover man is now back in jail after not only violating his probation, but for having a loaded handgun and drugs on him.

A Dover man is now back in jail after not only violating his probation, but for having a loaded handgun and drugs on him.

Dover Police say 23-year-old Diandre Willis ran through backyards and damaged fences in his flee attempt, but was captured.   Police found a loaded .380 handgun and eight bags of heroin weighing .12 grams.

Willis has been charged with possessing a firearm, possessing a firearm and/or ammo by person prohibited, carrying concealed deadly weapon, possessing a controlled substance with aggravating factor, resisting arrest, possessing drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief under $1,000, and 3rd degree criminal trespass.
