Two Men Arrested For Showing Gun After Not Getting Beer, Four More Men Wanted

Delaware State Police have arrested two men and are looking for four others after one man displayed his gun at a Laurel restaurant Sunday evening.

Police say six men walked into the Taco Chabelita and tried to order alcohol.  An employee asked 22-year-old Henry Larios-Quiroz to show identification to buy beer, but he was unable to.  The employee then told Larios-Quiroz that he could not serve the beer without ID.

Larious-Quiroz then stood up and lifted his shirt, showing a handgun tucked in the waistband of his pants threatening to use it if beer wasn’t served.  Another employee came in to assist, but was also threatened with the gun.

The six men left the restaurant stood outside for a bit and then left.  Larios-Quiroz and his brother, 20-year-old Wilson Larios-Quiroz, were stopped by Laurel Police after receiving a general bulletin to stop the car.

Police took both men into custody and found a CO2 pellet gun under the driver’s seat, which was where Henry was sitting.

Both men were charged with first-degree attempted robbery, two counts of possessing a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, two counts of aggravated menacing, five counts of second-degree conspiracy, terroristic threatening, endangering the welfare of a child (employee was under the age of 18), and disorderly conduct.  Henry Larios-Quiroz was also charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and other traffic charges.

Police are still looking to identify the four other men.  If you have any information that can help, contact Delaware State Police Tfc. P. Schlimer at 302-337-1090 x.326 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
