Two Arrested While Selling Heroin in Dover

A Felton man and a Dover woman were arrested after they were found with hundreds of bags of heroin.

Dover Police say members of the Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit and the Safe Streets Unit contacted 23-year-old Anthony Price and 22-year-old Shayquan Sampson.  Police found they had 205 bags of heroin packaged for sale and that Price had $947 in cash on him.

Price and Sampson have both been charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of tier 3 weight, and 2nd degree conspiracy.
