A Millsboro man may have let his appetite get the better of him.

Rehoboth Police arrest a Millsboro man for breaking into a restaurant and stealing crab cakes and alcohol, among other items.

Police accuse 41-year-old Stephen Quinn of breaking into the Planet X Café  at around 1:30 a.m. this morning.

Police say when they arrived at Quinn’s home, he was in the kitchen preparing the crab cakes. He fled though a back door, but officers quickly apprehended him.

Quinn faces several charges; including Burglary, Theft under $15,000 and resisting arrest. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on August 8.
