Rehoboth Beach Patrol Takes First at Olympic Event

Last night was the annual Rehoboth Beach Patrol Olympics in Rehoboth Beach.

Last night was the annual Rehoboth Beach Patrol Olympics in Rehoboth Beach.

Captain Ken Buckson tells WGMD News they did exceptionally well, taking first-place with 72 points. Ocean City took second with 61 points, and Bethany took third.

The win is the third-straight Rehoboth Beach win at the Olympics. Captain Buckson says they will host a junior guard competition on August 4 for young, up-and-coming guards.

Buckson and others will compete in the Nationals competition, representing the East Coast,  in Virginia Beach in August.
