Ocean City Council Passes Smoking Ban

The Ocean City Council has voted to regulate smoking to designated areas on the beach and boardwalk.

The Ocean City Council has voted to regulate smoking to designated areas on the beach and boardwalk.

In a 4-3 decision, the council passed an ordinance that will now task the planning department to assign those area.

The ordinance goes into effect May 1.
