The Dewey Beach Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a proposed 6-month moratorium preventing the removal of trees on a private residential property, except in specified circumstances. Also up for discussion and possible voting will be on establishing a process for approval of expanding premises by using tents over parking lots and establishing a minimum parking requirement for businesses with 2 thousand square feet or less.
