Coast Guard: Oil tanker freed

The U.S. Coast Guard says an oil tanker that ran aground in the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal has been freed. The tanker traveling to Baltimore got stuck on rocks near the William Roth Bridge last night. It's being moved to an anchorage off Reedy Point this morning
