Two men are in jail after a police officer in Dover saw a robbery happening on South State Street. He thought a fight was going on, then stopped and chased 36-year old William Moore of Harrington. Once the police officer caught Moore, he learned that Moore and 27-year old David Paitsel of Magnolia punched and pushed a man to the ground and robbed him of a gold chain and damaged his cell phone. Both Paitsel and Moore face numerous charges
