Shooting Victim in Wilmington Dies

Wilmington police say a 21 year old man injured during a shooting near his home during an argument in August died on Friday at the Christiana Hospital. Police have not yet identified him. 20 year old Jerome Collins of Wilmington has been charged with attempted murder. He turned himself in on September 1st and has been held in lieu of 1.3 million dollars bail.
