Delaware State Police have ruled the death of a man found in a taxi in Millsboro to be a homicide.

Delaware State Police have ruled the death of a man found in a taxi in Millsboro to be a homicide.

State Police say 45-year-old William Toomey of Millsboro was found in the taxi, parked on the shoulder of Country Living Road in Millsboro and worked as a taxi cab operator by Delaware Beach Taxi.

Toomey’s cause of death has not been released because of the current investigation and police are looking for the public’s assistance to help figure out what happened between 8 and 9 p.m. Wednesday night.
