A Millsboro man is in big trouble after Dover Police found he had 1,300 bags of heroin.

Police learned 28-year-old Deangelo McGlotten had the heroin from an ongoing investigation and searched his car in the Dover T.G.I. Friday’s parking lot.

Police found the heroin in the car and charged McGlotten with Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Tier 5 Quantity, Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
